II. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmen: Edgar, Saltarelli, Welsh Absent: Councilmen: Sharp, Schuster Others Present: William L. Bopf, City Administrator Ruth C. Poe, City Clerk III. BUSINESS ITEMS 1. CONSIDERATION OF 1976-77 CITY BUDGET Continued to study session in City Hall Conference Room immediately following this meeting. 2. CONSIDERATION OF MATTERS & APPROPRIATE ACTION ANNEXATION 71B ORDINANCE NO. 682-A An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED AS THE "MARINE CORPS AIR STATION (HELICOPTER) ANNEXATION NO. 71B TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN" Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh that Ordinance No. 682-A 'have second reading by title. Carried unanimously. Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh that Ordinance No. 682-A be passed and adopted. Carriedby roll call. Ayes: Edgar, Saltarelli, Welsh. Noes: None. Absent: Sharp, Schuster. 3. RESOLUTION NO. 76-42 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin IN OPPOSITION OF PROPOSITION NO. 15, THE NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS INITIATIVE Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh that Resolution No. 76-42 be read by title. Carried. Moved by Saltarelli, secondedby Welsh that Resolution No. 76-42 be passed and adopted. Carried. IV. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Edgar declared the meeting adjourned to a Budget Study session in the City Hall Conference Room and to the next regular meeting of May 17, 1976. MAYOR ~ ~ITY CLERK
