DISCUSSION-
Ron Nault, Finance Director, is reorganizing his operation to provide more accounting
expertise and supervisory oversight to his department. Many of the duties provided
by the Administrative Assistant II will remain with the new position but knowledge
and skills required in accounting principles and practices have been increased as well
as supervisory responsibility over day-to-day operations and accounting staff in
Finance and Water Divisions.
