CALL TO ORDER Mayor Saltarelli called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.: m. II. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmen: Saltarelli, Edgar, Welsh Absent: Councilmen: Sutcliff, Sharp Others present: City Administrator, William L. Bopf Assistant City Administrator, Dan Blankenship Administrative Assistant, John Sibley Deputy City Clerk, Florence Kortmeyer III. SELF INSURANCE FOR WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE City Administrator, Mr. Bopf, reviewed with the Council the advantages of the City's participation in this policy and presented for Council's approval, the f~gures and statistical information. Moved by Edgar, seconded by Welsh and carried that Council discuss the benefits to be derived for the city from the plan as presented. Following discussion,~it was, moved~ by E~gar, seconded by Welsh and carried that the Workmen's Self Insurance Policy be adopted and motion to include the recommendation for payment of $10,000.00 for the basic Re-insurance Policy, plus $5,000.00 payment for maximum Liability Insurance. Above motion carried by Roll Call. Ayes: Edgar, Saltarelli, Welsh Noes: None Absent: Sutcliff, Sharp IV. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:55 p. m. to the next regular meeting of the Tustin City Council for July 7, 1975.
