HUSTON, CITY MANAGER PERSONNEL SERVICES RESOLUTION t/95-19 RELATING CONF!DENT!AL EM.PLgYEF-~ TO COMPENSATION OF RECOMMENDATION' That Resolution No. 95-19 relating to campensation of confidential employees be adopted by the City Council to grant con: dential employees the same compensation and benefits as other general employees. FISCAL .IMPACT' The total cost for confidential employees is less than $8,000. DISCUSSION' In order to keep Confidential Employees' compensation and benefits equivalent to those received by other non-management, non-sworn employees~ a resolution is necessary since these employees are unrepresented and do not have a memorandum of understanding with the City. Increases reflected in the attached salary schedule are the same as those received by other -.on-sworn, non-management employees in comparable positions. NO\V, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve as follows: Section.1. Flexible Benefits' Effective July 1, 1995, Flexible Benefits Contribution by tl;e City for Confidential Employees shall 12e amended as follows: Employee Only Employee plus One Dependent EInployee plus or more dependents t W O $267.00 $360.00 $478 In addition, flexible benefit contributions by the City will be increased by the average increase in premiums for medical plans, plus 100% of any increase in dental insurance premiums effective. August 1. 1995. Section 3.
