TO
COMPENSATION OF
RECOMMENDATION'
That Resolution No. 95-19 relating to campensation of confidential employees be
adopted by the City Council to grant con: dential employees the same compensation
and benefits as other general employees.
FISCAL .IMPACT'
The total cost for confidential employees is less than $8,000.
DISCUSSION'
In order to keep Confidential Employees' compensation and benefits equivalent to
those received by other non-management, non-sworn employees~ a resolution is
necessary since these employees are unrepresented and do not have a memorandum
of understanding with the City. Increases reflected in the attached salary schedule
are the same as those received by other -.on-sworn, non-management employees in
comparable positions.
