HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA MINUTES 01-03-95 KDA NO. 2 1-3-95 MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA DECEMBER 5t 1994 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Saltarelli at 8:48 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. ROLL CALL Members Present: Thomas R. Saltarelli, Chairperson Jim Potts, Chairperson Pro Tem Mike Doyle Jeffery M. Thomas Tracy A. Worley Members Absent: None Recording Secretary: Mary E. Wynn (absent) Others Present: William A. Huston, Exec. Dir./City Manager Lois Jeffrey, Interim City Attorney Christine Shingleton, Asst. Executive Director W. Douglas Franks, Chief of Police Ronald A. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in the amount of $39,287.18. Motion carried 5-0. 2. ~APPROVAL OF MINUTES - NOVEMBER 21, 1994 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of November 21, 1994. Motion carried 5-0. 3. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Mayor Saltarelli asked if there were any comments. It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to adopt the following Resolution No. RDA 94-16 approving the Implementation Plan for the Town Center and South Central Redevelopment Project Areas: REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES Page 2, 12-5-94 RESOLUTION NO. RDA 94-16 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FIVE YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE TOWN CENTER AND SOUTH CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS ~otion carried 5-0. OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION - None ADJOURNMENT Chairperson Saltarelli adjourned the meeting at 8:49 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday, January 3, 1995, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way. Nault, Finance Director Tim Serlet, Director of Public Works Robert Ruhl, Field Services Manager Susan Jones, Recreation Superintendent Valerie Crabill, Chief Deputy City Clerk Dana Kasdan, Engineering Services Manager Donna Hinshaw, ExecUtive Coordinator Katie Pitcher, Administrative Assistant Approximately 20 in the audience CLOSED SESSION Chairperson Saltarelli announced the members of the Agency would recess to closed session to confer with General Counsel regarding: Real Property Negotiations about 1021 Edinger Avenue, Tustin, California. The parties involved are Case-Swayne Co., Inc., 1021 E. Edinger Street, a limited partnership; Gannett Outdoor of Southern California; and the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency. The matters to be discussed include price and terms of property purchase. ADJOURNMENT Chairperson Saltarelli adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday, January 3,-~'1995, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300.Centennial Way.
