If you wish to address the Commission on any matter, please fill out one of the forms located at the speaker's podium so that your remarks within the recording of the meeting can be attributed to you. Completion of this form is not mandatory, but accurately provides your information for the record. CONSENT CALENDAR: All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time of the voting on the motion unless members of the Commission, staff, or public request specific items to be discussed and/or removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES— OCTOBER 27, 2015 RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission approves the Minutes of the October 27, 2015 Planning Commission meeting as provided. Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Community Development Department located at 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California, during normal business hours. Notification 72 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to assure accessibility to this meeting. DESIGN REVIEW 2015-19 A request to allow vacuum hoses and an outdoor car care vending machine within existing required parking stalls of an existing automated drive-thru carwash. Enterprises 3017 Edinger Avenue 3861 Wisteria Street Tustin, CA 92780 Seal Beach, CA 90740 ENVIRONMENTAL: Pursuant to Section 15270(a) of the California Code of Regulations CEQA does not apply to projects which a public agency rejects or disapproves. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4301 denying Design Review (DR) 2015-19, a request to allow vacuum hoses and an outdoor car care vending machine within existing parking stalls located at the automated self- service drive-thru carwash at 3017 Edinger Avenue. SUMMARY OF PROJECTS The report provides a summary of projects and activities since the prior Summary of Projects report was provided at the August 25, 2015, Planning Commission meeting. The report focuses on the status of projects that the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator, or staff approved; major improvement projects; Certificates of Appropriateness; Code Enforcement activities; and, other items which may be of interest to the Commission.
