The proposed project is a request to allow vacuum hoses and an outdoor car care vending
machine within existing parking stalls located at the automated self-service drive-thru
carwash at 3017 Edinger Avenue. The Planning Commission, at the December 8, 2015
meeting, continued the item to a date certain of January 12, 2016, at the request of the
applicant. The applicant has since provided an additional request for continuation which
was received on December 15, 2015, in order to allow additional time to work on a design
solution with City staff.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission table DR 2015-19 application to allow the applicant to re-
design the project in response to City staff's comments.
