CALL TO ORDER at 5:02 p.m. ATTENDANCE - Chair Puckett announced all members were present PUBLIC INPUT — None 1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION [Government Code § 54956.9(a)] — Two Cases a. Successor Agency to the Tustin Redevelopment Agency, et al. v. Michael Cohen: Case No. 34-2013-80001623CUWMGDS-1 Appellate Court Case No. C076836 b. Successor Agency to the Tustin Redevelopment Agency, et al. v. Matosantos 34-2013-80001623 Please note: Written materials relating to agenda items for an open session regular meeting of the Agency that are distributed to a majority of the Agency members less than 72 hours prior to the meeting are available for public inspection at the following locations: In the City Clerk's Office during regular business hours and following business hours (after 5:30 p.m.) in the Council Chamber on the day of the meeting. Recessed to Closed Session at 5:03 p.m. Reconvened in Open Session at 5:25 p.m. CLOSED SESSION REPORT — The Successor Agency directed Legal Counsel to abandon the following appeal: a. Successor Agency to the Tustin Redevelopment Agency, et al. v. Michael Cohen: Case No. 34-2013-80001623CUWMGDS-1 Appellate Court Case No. C076836 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS 1 - 2 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY HELD ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2015 AND THE SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY HELD ON OCTOBER 6, 2015 Motion: It was moved by Chair Puckett and seconded by Agency Member Lumbard to approve the Action Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Successor Agency held on September 15, 2015 and the Special Closed Session Meeting of the Successor Agency held on October 6, 2015. Motion carried: 5-0 2. QUARTERLY INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE CITY OF TUSTIN AND THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Government Code Section 53646 requires that the Treasurer make an Investment Report to the City Council at least quarterly showing balances by authorized investment and certifying its compliance with the adopted Investment Policy.
