Thank you for your application for an administrative
adjustment to allow the structure located at 10854
Churchill Place to encroach six inches into the required
five foot sideyard setback. On October 25, 1994, this
office received a completed application.
After review of your submittal, and in conformance with
Government Code Section 65943, this is notification that
your application is considered complete.
A public hearing before the Zoning Administrator has been
scheduled for November 7, 1994 and will be held in the
Community Development Department Conference Room at 300
Centennial Way at 10:30 a.m. You or a representative are
strongly encouraged to attend. A staff report will be
available on the Thursday prior to the meeting at the
customer service counter of the Community Development
Department. Please contact me should you desire to have
the report mailed.
