RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council, at their regular meeting of . August 5, 1991, receive and file notice
of sale of surplus vehicles.
BACKGROUND:
On May 6 and June 17, 1991 the Tustin City Council declared certain equipment surplus and not
required for public use, as provided for in Ordinance Number 871 of the Tustin City Code. The
equipment listed was sold - at public auction on July 7, 1991.
