APPROVAL OF MINUTES - AUGUST 19, 1991 REGULAR MEETING Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of August 19, 1991. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $52,373.87. S. DESIGN REVIEW 91-07 The City Council will be considering an appeal of the Planning Commission's action on Design Review 91-07, a request for the approval of site improvements, certain Lot Consolidation Bonuses and a Consolidated Parking/Access Bonus pursuant to the First Street Specific Plan for the properties located at 135 South Prospect Avenue and 240 East First Street. Recommendation: Pleasure of the Redevelopment Agency. 6. OTHER BUSINESS 7. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Pockett at W y, 8 .Tustin, in the City Council Chambers, 300 Cent ennial California. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - AUGUST 51 1991 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Potts, seconded by Pontious, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of August 51 1991. Motion carried 4-001 Prescott absent. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Potts seconded by Pontious, to approve Demands in the amount of $58,027.51. Motion carried 4-01 Prescott absent. 5. AMAGANSET WAY STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS It was moved by Potts, seconded by Pontious, to authorize the City nal Services Council and City staff to administrate the and construction of the Agreement for the design, contra Amaganset Way storm drain improvements. PUBLIC HEARING, 1991-92 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET Chairperson Puckett opened the public hearing at 8:50 p.m. There were no speakers on the subject and the public hearing was closed. Agency Member Edgar questioned if the design for construction of the intersection of Irvine Boulevard and Newport Avenue should be included in this budget. William Huston, Executive Director, replied that staff would submit a report addressing projected costs and time frame for that project. It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Potts, to adopt the following Resolution No. RDA 91-14: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 91-14 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 Motion carried 4-0, Prescott absent. 7. OTHER BUSINESS - None 8. ADJOURNMENT Chairperson Puckett adjourned the meeting at 8:53 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. CHARLES E.
