RESOLUTION NO. 91-129 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, LAURELWOOD TOWNHOUSE FREEWAY EDGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 91-129 approving plans and specifications for the installation of landscape and irrigation improvements along Raintree Road and adjacent to the Laurelwood residential development as recommended by the Public Works Department/ Engineering Division. 18. RESOLUTION NO. 91-136 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SERVICE AUTHORITY FOR ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 91-136 authorizing participation by the City of Tustin in the Orange County Service Authority for Abandoned Vehicles as recommended by the Police Department. 20. FIVE -CITY TRAFFIC STUDY Recommendation: Approve the City of Tustin's participation within the Five -City Traffic Study and authorize: (1) City Manager's execution of any required agreements and (2) Supplemental 1991-92 budget appropriation in the amount of $9, 000.00 as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
