REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 16, 1991 REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of September
16, 1991.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $.64,256.53.
5. PENALTY TAX SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
Final Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release from the County of
Orange has been received reflecting the previous negotiated settlement
of Tustin's and Tustin Redevelopment Agency's lawsuit against the
County for a share of the property tax penalties.
Recommendation: Approve subject agreement and authorize execution by
the Chairperson as recommended by the City Attorney.
6. DESIGN REVIEW 91-25 (17212-17282 NISSON ROAD, CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX)
The applicant is proposing the construction of a clubhouse, pool,
security gates and site improvements of an existing condominium
complex.
Recommendation: Approve Design Review 91-25 by adopting the following
Resolution No. RDA 91-16 as recommended by the Community Development
Department:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 91-16 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW
91-25 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CLUBHOUSE, POOL, SECURITY GATES AND
SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX LOCATED AT 17212-17282
NISSON ROAD
7. STATUS REPORT - COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
Status report to the City Council on steps taken to date to improve
the southwest portion of the City, additional information collected,
strategies developed and programs recommended.

Recommendation Ay Community Development and Police Departments:
a. Receive and file subject report.
b. Reaffirm direction to staff to proceed with the Community
Improvement Partnership Program.
c. Direct staff to develop program guidelines for use of 20% Housing
Set-aside monies for public and private improvements within
certain target areas in the South Central Project area.
