CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Puckett at 7:45 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. 2. ROLL CALL Members Present: Charles E. Puckett, Chairperson Leslie Anne Pontious, Chairperson Pro Tem Richard Edgar Jim Potts Earl J. Prescott Members Absent: None Others Present: William A. Huston, Executive Dir./City Manager James G. Rourke, City Attorney Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk W. Douglas Franks, Chief of Police Robert Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Ronald A. Nault, Finance Director Royleen White, Dir./Community & Admin. Services Dan Fox, Senior Planner Susan Jones, Recreation Superintendent Valerie Whiteman, Chief Deputy City Clerk Wendy Hallman, Junior Civil Engineer Approximately 100 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - APRIL 1, 1991 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Pontious, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of April 1, 1991. Motion carried 5-0. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Pontious, to approve Demands in the amount of $16,352.73. Motion carried 5-0. 5. AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS - TEMPORARY CITY HALL IMPROVEMENTS FOR INTERIM POLICE FACILITIES Dan Fox, Senior Planner, reported that during construction of improvements to the Civic Center, City Hall would be relocating to 15222 Del Amo and the Police Department would be temporarily moving into the City Hall facility. Plans and specifications for the modifications to City Hall to accommodate the Police Department were ready for bid advertisement. REDEVELOPMENT AGEN%-i MINUTES Page 21 4+15-91 It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Pontious, to approve plans and specifications for subject project and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids. Motion carried 5-0. 6. OTHER BUSINESS A. MAYOR'S RECEPTION Chairperson Puckett invited everyone to the Mayor's Reception in the Clifton C. Miller Community Center directly following the meeting. 7. ADJOURNMENT Chairperson Puckett adjourned the meeting at 7:48 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled.for Monday, May 6, 1991,, at 7:00 p.m. CHARLES E.
