1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - APRIL 11 1991 REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approve the City Council Minutes of April 1,
1991.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS AND RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL
Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $841,766.13
and ratify Payroll in the amount of $296,772.09.
3. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR PARR LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS AT MAGNOLIA TREE
PARR
Recommendation: Award contract in the amount of $28,700.00 to
Building Energy Consultants for Park Lighting Improvements at
Magnolia Tree Park as recommended by the Community Services
Department.
4. REJECTION OF CLAIM NO. 91-13 - CLAIMANT, GORDON AND LESLIE
ECKERLING; DATE OF LOSS, 1-20-91; DATE FILED WITH CITY, 3-18-91
Recommendation: Reject subject claim for personal injury
damages of an undetermined amount as recommended by the City
Attorney.
S. RESOLUTION NO. 91-48 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE MODIFICATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND INTERCONNECT AT
VARIOUS LOCATIONS (PROJECT NO. 800043) AND DIRECTING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 91-48 approving plans and
specifications for subject project and directing the City Clerk
to advertise for bids as recommended by the Public Works
Department/Engineering Division.
6. AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT BIDS FOR RE -ROOFING CITY YARD BUILDINGS
Authorize the Public Works Department to solicit bids to repair
and re -roof the buildings at the City Yard as recommended by
the Public Works Department/Field Services Division.
7. AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS TO INITIATE A "HAZARD
COMMUNICATION STANDARD" FOR THE CITY OF TUSTIN
Recommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Works to
solicit proposals to establish a Hazard Communication Standard
for the City as required by CAL/OSHA as recommended by the
Public Works Department/Field Services Division. -
8. RESOLUTION NO. 91-47 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PUBLIC WORKS MUTUAL AID
PROGRAM FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 91-47 approving the
Agreement for Public Works Mutual Aid Program for Emergency
Services as recommended by the Public Works Department/
Engineering Division.
9. RESOLUTION NO. 91-50 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 14188
Recommendation: Approve Final Tract Map No. 14188 by the
adoption of Resolution No. 91-50, as submitted or revised, as
recommended by the Community Development Department.

10. EL MODENA-IRVINE CHANNEL FROM LA COLINA-RED HILL CHANNEL TO RED
HILL AVENUE
Recommendation: Approve the County of Orange project for
construction of improvements to the El Modena -Irvine Channel
between the La Colina -Red Hill Channel and Red Hill Avenue,
with said channel improvements designed to convey 100 -year
storm flows as recommended by the Public Works Department/
Engineering Division.
11. RESOLUTION NO. 91-52 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR ASPHALT CONCRETE REHABILITATION AND OVERLAY PROJECT, AND
WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT ALONG NISSON ROAD BETWEEN NEWPORT AVENUE
AND RED HILL AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 91-52 approving plans and
specifications for the Nisson roadway improvements and water
main improvements between Newport Avenue and Red Hill Avenue,
and authorize the removal and replacement of twelve trees along
the southerly side of Nisson Road as recommended by the Public
Works Department/Engineering Division.
12. RESOLUTION NO. 91-51 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF RED HILL AVENUE FROM BARRANCA. ROAD TO
WARNER AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 91-51 approving plans and
specifications and authorizing advertisement for bids for
subject project as recommended by the Public Works Department/
Engineering Division.
