BACKGROUND: The original dedication of Auto Center Drive terminated in a cul-de-sac at the westerly edge of the old retention basin and adjacent to Parcels 6 and 7 of Parcel Map No. 84-1032. The following is an anticipated schedule for this abandonment procedure: February 4, 1991 - City council adopts attached Resolution declaring intent and setting date for public hearing. February 51 1991 - All affected utilities notified. February 13, 1991 - Resolution of intent published in the Tustin News. February 18, 1991 - Property posted. March 4, 1991 - City Clerk holds public hearing and pending results, City Council adopts resolution ordering vacation. March 5, 1991 - City Clerk causes document to be recorded.
