REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
JANUARY 21, 1991
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Edgar at 10:10 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JANUARY 7, 1991 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Puckett, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of January 7, 1991.
Motion carried 5-0.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts seconded by Puckett, to approve Demands in
the amount of $133,179.59.
Motion carried 5-0.
CITY HALL RELOCATION - LEASE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR 15222 DEL
AMO AVENUE
Christine Shingleton, Director of Community Development, stated the
finalized terms would be subject to the City Attorney's approval.
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Pontious, to authorize the
Executive Director to sign a lease for property at 15222 Del Amo
Avenue between Catellus Development Corporation and the Tustin
Community Redevelopment Agency, subject to City Attorney approval.
Motion carried 5-0.

7. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Edgar adjourned the meeting at 10:12 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled
for Monday, February 4, 1991, at 7:00 p.m.
