In 1987, we performed a project designated "Water Main Replacement Projects 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 & 24". It included approximately 5300 lineal feet of 6" and 8" water main replacement with an estimated cost of approximately $300,000. Our fee was $11,500. Steve Worral was the City's project engineer, and Jack Norris was our project engineer. It included minimal design but no staking. In 1990, we performed the same kind of project on Malta, Vale, Hewes and "C" Streets, approximately 1,900 lineal feet. The estimated construction cost was $183,000. Our fee was $7,900. It included staking. In addition, we performed similar services on the Balboa Point Sewer Replacement project for the City of Newport Beach constructed in 1986. It involved 2600 lineal feet of 411, 811, 10" and 12" PVC pipe. n SCOPE OF WORK EXHIBIT "A" EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Topographic Survey 1.
