RESOLUTION NO. 89-21 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, SUPPORTING THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION'S . ANTI-GRIDLOCK PROGRAM AND REQUESTING "DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION, FINE UP TO $500" SIGNS FOR POSTING AT CONGESTED INTERSECTIONS IN THE CITY Adopt Resolution No. 89-21 supporting the Orange County Transportation Commission's Anti-Gridlock Program and requesting "Do Not Block Intersection, Fine Up to $500" signs for posting at congested intersections in the City and direct staff to file an application for signing to be placed at seventeen (17) street intersections-within the City as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. 11. RESOLUTION NO. 89-22 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SLURRY SEAL PROJECT 1988-89 FY AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Adopt' Resolution No. 89-22 approving plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement of bids for subject project as recommended by the' Public Works Department/Engineering Division. RESOLUTION NO. 89-23 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATE~MAIN RELOCATION ON MCFADDEN AVENUE ACROSS RTE. 55 FREEWAY OVERPASS AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Adopt Resolution No. 89-23 approving plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement of bids for subject project as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. 13. SURPLUS 8CRAP METALS Receive and file notice of the sale of surplus metals as provided for in Ordinance No. 871 as. recommended by the Public Works Department/Field Services Division. 14. JAMBOREE ROAD PIPELINE AGREEMENT WITH MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF OP~%NGE COUNTY Approve the Jamboree Road pipeline agreement with Municipal Water District of Orange County and authorize the Mayor to execute said agreement subject to final approval of the City Attorney's office as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
