HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT - MARINE CORPS AIR STATION, TUSTIN
Recommenda¢ion
The City Council execute the proposed Hold Harmless Agreement
with the United States Marine Corps - Tustin for use of their
facility in connection with driver training for police
motorcycles.
Background
The Marine Corps Air Station parking lot has been used for
several years by other County law enforcement agencies as a
practice ar~a for police motorcycles. Necessary equipment is
stored .at that location for use. The location, size, and
seclusion from other traffic makes it an ideal place for on-
going motorcycle operation trainihg.
The Marine Corps has asked that we execute the attached Hold
Harmless Agreement to use their facility for these purposes.
This type of agreement has been reviewed by and is acceptable to
the City Attorney.
