CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Kennedy at 8: 35 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JANUARY 3, 1989, ADJOURNED RE~ULARMEETIN~
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Kelly, to approve the Minutes of
January 3, 1989. The motion carried 4-0, Hoesterey absent.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,705.54
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Kelly, to approve subject demands
in the amount of $46,705.54. The motion carried 4-0, Hoester~

SCHEDULIN~ OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARIN~ ON PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT
TO THE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Kelly, to adopt the following
Resolution No. RDA 89-1 consenting to a joint public hearing on the
proposed Second Amendment to the Amended Redevelopment Plan for the
Town Center Redevelopment Project:
REsoLUTION NO. RDA 89-1 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE TOWN CENTER AREA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The motion carried 4-0, Hoesterey absent.
