RECOMME NDAT I ON

those responsible for the property's maintenance.

property at 15751 California Street a Public Nuisance. However, due to the
history of the code enforcement action on this property, staff suggests that
this matter be tabled at this time.' Should problems arise in the future, this
matter will be brought back to the Council for action if reasonable attempts
made by staff are unsuccessful in gaining compliance.
