SUBJECT:
AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON REBECCA LANE,
RECOMMENDATION:
It. is recommended that the City Council award the contract for subject
project to RLT Construction in the amount of $98,775.00.
BACKGROUND :,
On March 20, 1989, the City Council approved plans and specifications
and authorized the advertisement for bids for the subject project.
DISCUSSION:
Sealed bids f.or this work were opened on April 25,
and were received as follows:
1989 at 10:00 A.M.'
