BACKGROUND :, On March 20, 1989, the City Council approved plans and specifications and authorized the advertisement for bids for the subject project. CK Construction, .Signal Hill ................... $ 98,775.00 $100,600.00 $102,045.00 $104,859.00 $109,938.00 $110,320.10 The low bid is 12.9% below the engineer's estimate of $113,449.00.
