Recommendation: Approval of subject demands in the amount of
$290,191.99 as recommended by the Finance Department.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - APRIL 17, 1989, REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approval of Minutes.
OFFER TO PURCHASE AGENCY PROPERTY (PARCEL '10, EL CAMINO REAL)
The Agency has received a request from the Laguna Land and Cattle
Company to purchase the Agency's property on E1 Camino Real.
Recommendation: Pleasure of the Redevelopment Agency.
CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE
Du~ing the Public Hearings to consider the proposed second
amendment to the Town Center Redevelopment Plan, certain property
owners voiced their.concerns regarding possible condemnation of
their properties by the Agency. Staff informed' the owners that a
Certificate of Conformance process would be implemented following
the adoption of the second amendment.
Recommendation:
(1) Approve by Minute ' Order as to form, the Certificate of
Conformance; and
(2) Direct staff to issue Certificates accordingly:
a. Prospect Park Homeowners' Association (40 separate owners
and owners association) - 201 to 392 South Prospect
b. Palmwood Homeowners' Association - 435 East First Street
c. Packer's Circle Homeowners' Association - 1101 to 1181
Packers Circle
d. Tustin War Memorial, Inc. - 150 East First Street'
