COMMUNITY SERVICES PROJECT UPDATE
At the May 15th meeting, Council was given an update regarding
the Community Services Project that will be done by the Youth
Group from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A
copy of the report is attached for your information. This
community services project for 150 youths ages 14 through 19 will
be done the weekend of July 22. The work will include general
cleanup and maintenance of Columbus Tustin and a car wash to
donate funds to the Tustin Area Senior Center Fund, Inc.
Councilman Prescott requested a presentation; therefore, Ted
Garff, president of the Youth Conference Committee, and Jack
Briggs will be present at the June 5 meeting.
If Council wishes to thank the group following the project, staff
