Commissioner PontioUs moved, Le Jeune seconded to approve the Sector Development Plan and Landscaping Concept Plan for Sectors 2,' 3, 4, 5 and 6 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2606 as submitted. Motion 'carried 5-0 Commissioner Pontious moved, Le Jeune seconded to recommend to City Council approval of Tentative Tract 13627 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2603 with the following revi sions: Change title to Resolution 2603 page three.to read "Resolution !~o. 2603" Exhibit A, Item 1.1 E replace "striping" with "stripping" Exhibit A, Item 1.1 R delete "In the event the material used to construct Jamboree Road is insufficient to support continued transit use of the stops, the subdivider will be responsible for constructing a concrete pad at the bus stop to support the weight of a bus." Change 2.4 to read as follows: "2.4 A reservior site and booster pump station site shall be noted and reserved in *** concept on Final Map 13627' for future acquisition subject to approval of general' location by the City Engineer. Motion carried 4-1 (Kasparian) STAFF CONCERNS · Ac. ti on Agenda of May. 15, 1989 City Council Meeting, Presentation' Christine Shinglton, Director of Community Development COMMISSION CONCERNS Commissioner Ponttous noted concerns with: 1) Market Place window signs; 2) the Sign Code status; and 3) the deterioration of the Fashion Club sign in Tustin Plaza. Commissioner Le 3eune asked if the City's new Sign Ordinance will require that existing signs be brought into conformance.
