Left turns from Newport Avenue to the Sizzler Restaurant would still be provided. As a first step solution to the U-turn problem, it is suggested that alternative no. 2 be implemented until such time it is determined as to what the final traffic circulation patterns to the Sizzler will be with the loss of the parking spaces as a result of the freeway construction. rd - Bob Ledendecker -irector of Public Works/City Engineer BL:mv
