ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
REQUEST: TO AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF SELF-
CONTAINED MOBILE UNIT TO EXTRACT AND TREAT
CONTAMINATED VAPORS FROM THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
13891 RED HILL AVENUE FOR A 12 MONTH PERIOD.
RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Planning Commission:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 2757, certifying the Final Negative
Declaration as adequate for the project; and 2. Adopt Resolution
No. 2758, approving Conditional Use Permit 90-04, subject to
conditions contained in Exhibit A. as submitted or revised.

Commissioner Baker moved, Le Jeune seconded to certify the Final
Negative Declaration as adequate for the project by the adoption
of Resolution No. 2757 as submitted. Motion carried 4-0.
Commissioner Baker moved, Le Jeune seconded to approve Conditional
Use Permit 90-04 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2758 with the
following revisions to Exhibit A:
Condition 3.1 should read as follows: eNote on plans that all
openings in the fence enclosure shal be locked*"
Motion carried 4-0.

A CHURCH AND A VARIANCE TO REDUCE THE REQUIRED 100
PARKING SPACES TO 44 ON-SITE SPACES ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 14451 FRANKLIN AVENUE.THE REMAINING 56
SPACES ARE PROPOSED TO BE PROVIDED BY A JOINT
PARKING AGREEMENT ON TWO ADJACENT PROPERTIES AND
THEREFORE A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED TO REDUCE THE
REQUIRED SPACES FROM 33 SPACES TO ZERO SPACES FOR

Use Permit 89-45 and Variance 90-2 by the adoption of Resolution
No. 2759(a), as submitted. Motion carried 4-0.

8. Report on Actions taken at March 19, 1990 City Council
Meeting.

Development
COMMISSION CONCERNS
Commissioner Rasparian asked about the status of removal of the
sign in disrepair at 17th Street near Cocols. He also asked to be
sure the League Planning Commissioner tapes were ordered.
Commissioner Shaheen commented on the previous complaints about
paint on the sidewalk in Peppertree.
ADJOURNMENT
At 8:50 p.m. Commissioner Baker moved, Shaheen seconded to adjourn
to the next regular scheduled Planning Commission meeting on April
91 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial
Way, Tustin. Motion carried 4-0.
