ORDER Mayor Mack then welcomed the students from Foothill High School. II. PLEDGE OF Led by Mayor Mack. ALLEGIANCE III. ROLL Present: Councilmen: Mack, Klingelhofer, Coco, Miller CALL Absent: Councilmen: Ring Others Present: City Attorney James G. Rourke City Clerk Ruth C. Poe IV. APPROVAL Councilman Coco asked that the following corrections OF MINUTES be made to the October 31st minutes: Page 2, Para. 6, Line 2 to read: maximum density has become a standard ..... Page 3, Para. 9 addition of words: if the Pr Zone should fail to provide this buffer.'" Moved by Klingelhofer, seconded by Miller, that minutes be approved as corrected. Carried. V. PUBLIC None HEARINGS VI. OLD 1. ORDINANCE NO. 324 BUSINESS AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO ADD ALLOWABLE USES TO THE PR ZONE. Moved by Coco, seconded by Klingelhofer, that Ordinance No. 324 have second reading by title only. Carried unanimously. Moved by Miller, seconded by Klingelhofer, that Ordinance No. 324, amending the Zoning Ordinance to add allowable uses to the Pr Zone, be passed and adopted. Carried by Roll Call. Ayes: Mack, Klingelhofer, Coco, Miller. Noes: None. Absent: Ring. 2. ORDINANCE NO. 326 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING A PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION Moved by Klingelhofer, seconded by Coco, that Ordinance No. 326 have second reading by title only. Carried unanimously. Moved by Coco, seconded by Klingelhofer, that Ordinance NO. 326, providing a Parks and Recreation Council Minutes 11/7/66 Pg. 2 Commission, be passed and adopted. Carried by Roll Call. Ayes: Mack, Klingelhofer, Coco, Miller. Noes: None. Absent: Ring. Councilman Klingelhofer pointed out to those attending the meeting that the City had had such an Ordinance in effect for some time, but that this updated Ordinance had been written to clarify some sections. 3. ORDINANCE NO. 327 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PREZONING PROPERTY OF FREDRICKS ON APPLICATION PR-66-101. Moved by Klingelhofer, seconded by Coco, that Ordinance No. 327, prezoning property of Fredricks on Application PR-66-101, have first reading by title only. Carried unanimously. VII. NEW 1. RESOLUTION NO. 847 BUSINESS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING CERTAIN OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN. Moved by Coco, seconded by Klingelhofer, that Resolution No. 847 be read by title only. Carried unanimously. Moved by Coco, seconded by Klingelhofer, that Resolution No. 847, appointing certain officials and employees of the City of Tustin, be passed and adopted. Carried by Roll CalI. Ayes: Mack, Klingelhofer, Coco, Miller. Noes: None. Absent: Ring. 2. ORDINANCE NO. 328 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, LICENSING THE TRANSACTION AND CARRYING ON OF CERTAIN BUSINESSES, TRADES, PROFESSIONS, CALLINGS, AND OCCUPATIONS IN THE CITY OF TUSTIN, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING MUNICIPAL REVENUE, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. Moved by. Coco, seconded by Miller, that Ordinance No. 328, licensing the transaction and carrying on of certain businesses, trades, professions, callings, and occupations in the City of Tustin, for the purpose of raising municipal revenue, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof, have first reading by title only. Carried unanimously. As he felt that the youth groups present might be confused with all the motions to read Ordinances and Resolutions by title only, Councilman Miller explained the order of business and events that have led to these proposed Ordinances and Resolutions. 3. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS Moved by Miller, seconded by Klingelhofer, that demands in the amount of $29,870.55 be approved and paid. Carried. Council Minutes 11/7/66 Pg. 3 VIII. REPORTS 1. Tree Maintenance Report & OTHER BUSINESS The City Clerk was directed to have the tree maintenance cost report forwarded to the members of the Parks and Recreation Commission. IX. CORRESPON- 1.
