DECLARATION OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

City Council declare the equipment listed below as surplus
and no longer useable. The equipment will be offered for
sale at the newt police auction.
Background:
The equipment listed below is no longer used by the Police
Department and has been determined fixed assets by the
Finance Department. Some have exceeded their useful life
and others have become obsolete to the needs of the City.
Per City of Tustin Ordinance No. 871, the City Council
must find that these surplus items are no long useable.
After that is determined, the Purchasing Agent for the
Department shall have the authority to sell all items in
accordance with Section 1625C and Section 1625d of
Ordinance No. 871, whichever is applicable.
