Donation of Chili Cook -off Proceeds to Boys and
Girls Club of Tustin
The Community Services Department is delighted to report that the
1990 E1 Camino Real Chili Cook -off held on June 3, 1990 was a
tremendous success. An estimated 6,000 people visited the event
and sampled chili from the 27 teams entered.
This year $7,500 was raised for this year's non-profit recipient,
The Boys and Girls Club of Tustin.
Cliff Polston of The Boys and Girls Club will be on hand at the
August 6, 1990 City Council Meeting to accept the donation from
Recreation Supervisor Randy Westrick.
