SUBJECT: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 90-15, ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution No.RDA 90-15 a Resolution of the Board of
Directors of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency, adopting
the Agency 1990-91 Budget of $3,901,472.
DISCUSSION:
The draft 1990-91 Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency Budget was
included in the City Budget presented to Council in June. During
the three budget workshops the Agency Operating and Capital
Improvement Budgets were discussed. Attached you will find copies
of the RDA Operations and Capital Improvement Budgets. Not listed
in the Operations Budget, is Debt Service Expense in the amount of
$1,696,205. This amount does appear in the Fund Balance Schedule
on page three of the Draft Budget document.

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE AGENCY BUDGET
AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE AGENCY FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1990-91.
WHEREAS, in accordance with good fiscal policies, the
Executive Director of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency has
prepared and submitted to the Board of Directors, a proposed Annual
Budget for the 1990-91 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors, as the legislative body of
the Agency, has reviewed this proposed budget.
NOW.. THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Community
Redevelopment Agency for the City of Tustin does hereby resolve,
determine and order that the following sums of money are hereby
appropriated from the revenue of the Redevelopment Agency for the
purposes stated, during the 1990-91 fiscal year.
Operational Expenses $ 21809,555
Capital Improvements 1,091,917
TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS 1990-91 $ 31901,472
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin held on the
day of , 1990.
