STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF ORANGE:
I am employed in the aforementioned county, State of
California. I am over eighteen years and not a party to the within
action. My business address is 321 West 17th Street, Santa Ana,
California 92706.
On July 25, 1990 I served the foregoing CLAIM on all parties
in this action by placing a true copy thereof, enclosed in a sealed
envelope with postage thereon fully prepaid and addressed as
follows:
CLERK OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
300 CENTENNIAL WAY
TUSTIN, CA 92680
I am "readily familiar" with the firmis practice of collection
and processing correspondence for mailing. Under that practice it
would be deposited with the U.S. Postal Service on that same day as
Santa Ana, California in the ordinary course of business. I am
aware that on motion of the party served service is presumed
invalid if postal cancellation date or postage meter date is more
than one day after date of deposit for mailing in affidavit.
Executed this 25th day of July, 1990 in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true
and correct.
