BACKGROUND: The current budget provides for the purchase of additional capital items and replacement of specific work equipment items which have reached their expected useful life. In addition the City solicits annual bids for custodial supplies and petroleum products. The specific items approved in the budget for the Fiscal Year 1990/91 are as follows, together with the estimated costs: 1. City Wide Lease Fund Replacement (Except for 2.
