NO. 157, AS AMENDED, RE: NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURES.

There being no objections or comments, the hearing was declared

the Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 157, as amended, Re: Non-
Conformin~tructures and Uses, be read by title only. Carried
unanimously.

BUSINESS
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
ZONING 0RDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 157, AS AMENDED, TO REQUIRE
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SERVICE STATIONS.
Moved by Ring., seconded by Miller, that Ordinance No. 311 have first
reading by title only. Carried unanimously,
2. RESOLUTION NO. 823
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
RECOGNIZING THE TUSITN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL STEERING COMMITTEE.
Moved by Coco, seconded ~I Ring, that Resolution No. 823, as
corrected, be read by title only. Carried unanimously.

ing and. supporting the efforts of the Tustin Community Hospital

2. RESOLUTION NO. 824
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CON-
SENTING TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS FOR TERRITORY
DESIGNATED AS 17TH AND HOLT ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN.
Moved by Coco, seconded by Ring, that Resolution No. 824 be read
by title only. Carried unanimously.

to the commencemen~ of uroceedinzs for the Seventeenth and Holt
Annexation, be passed and adopted.

BUSlNESS
Approval of agreement with the County of Orange, for improving
~'~ a portion of Red Hill f~venue. (530' south of Edinger to
Sycamore)
Moved b~ Coco, seconded by Ring, that the Mayor and Cit~V Clerk be
authorized to execute the a~reement with the County of Orange,for
improving Red Hill Avenue from 530' south of Edinger ~o Sycamore.
Carried.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Moved by Rin~, seconded by Coco, that Demands in the amount of
D32,186,97 ,be approved and paid. Carried.

BUSINESS 2. Report and reco~nendation on Bids for Police Unit presented

Moved by Miller, seconded by Ring, that the Cit~ Administrator be
authorized to accept bid from 1.r bidder, Anaheim Dodge for two
Police Vehicles. Carried.

design of their Commercial Developmen~ at Newport and Mc Fadden.
