CALL TO Meeting called to order az 9:00 A.M. by City Clerk;
ORDER
ROLL Present: Councilmen: Mack, Ylingelhofer, Coco, Miller, Ring.
CALL Absent: Councilmen: None
Others Present: City fxiministrator, Harry Gill
City Clerk, Ruth C. Poe
III. NOMINATIONS AND ELECTION OF MAYOR
Nominations for ~yor opened by City Clerk.
Moved byKtingelhofer, seconded byRing that Gerald C. Mack
be nominated for office of Mayor°
Moved by Coco, seconded by I(lingelhofer that nominations
be closed. Motion carried and Gerald C. i'ack duly elected
Mayor by unanmmous vote.
iV. NOMINATIONSAND ELECTION - MAYOR PRO TEM
Mayor Mack assumed the chair and opened nominations for __
Hayor pro tem.
Moved byMiller, seconded byKlingelhofer that Ronald I.
[(lin~elhofer be ncminated for office of Mayor oro tem.
Moved by Ring, seconded by Coco that nominations be closed.
l(otion carried and Rona~i I., Klin~elhofer duly elected
Mayor pro tem by unanimous vote.
OTHER BUSINESS
1. SANITATION DISTRICTS REPRESENTATIVE
].'oved by Coco, seconded by Ring that Councilman Clifton C.
Miller be a~pointed as active representative zo Sanitation
Districts 1 and 7. Carried.
2. 17TH AND YORBA SIGNAL - AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY
Mo~ed by Miller, seconded by Coco that Mayor and City Clerk
be authorized to execute a~eement with the County of Orange
for signal at 17th and Yorba Streets.
3. PARK SITE ACQUISITION
Discussion of Park Site acquisition continued to next re- __
gular meeting#
4. COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR'S SALE # 985
Yoved by i!lle~, seconded by Ring that the County Ta~
Collector be informsd that the council has no objections

AP 62-102-21, Tustin City, Portion Lots ~ & ~, Blk. 17.
