2. RESOLUTION NO. 822
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACT OF
THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN SAID
CITY OF TUSTIN ON THE 12TH DAY OF APRIL, 1966,
DECLARING THE RESULT THEREOF AND SUCH OTHER
MATTERS AS,ARE PROVIDED BY LAW

822 be read by title only. Carried unanimously. -
Moved by Coco, seconded by Ring that Resolution No.
822, reciting the fect of the General Municipal
Election be passed and adopted. Carried by roll call.
Ayes: Klingelhofer, Coco, Miller, Ring. Noes. None.
Absent: Mack.
IV.
INSTALL_ 1. The Oath of Office was then administered To
ATION the two Councilmen elected - Ronald I. Klingelhofer
and Clifton C. Miller.
2. Meeting 6urned over To the City Clerk.
Nominations opened for Mayor.
Councilman Coco nominated Ronald Klingelhofer for the
Office of Mayor.
Councilmen Klingelhofer respectfully declined the
nomination.
Moved by Coco, seconded by Ring that nominations for
Mayor be deferred until a full Council is present.
Carried.
Moved by Ring, seconded by Miller that Ronald Klingel-
hofer be nominated interim M~yor Pro ~em. Carried
unanimously.
V. SANITATION DISTRICTS REPRESENTATIVES
Deferred until after election of a Mayor
VI. 17TH AND YORBA SIGNAL - AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY
Deferred until after election of a Mayor.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
Moved by Coco, seconded by Miller that the meeting
be ad3oUrned ~o Saturday, April 2D, 1966 at 9:00 A.M.
in Cl~y Conference room, 2~0 "D" St., Tustin. Carried.
