SUBJECT: SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council, at their adjourned regular meeting of September 17,
1990, receive and file notice of sale of surplus equipment.
BACKGROUND:
On July 7, 1990,
the Tustin City Council declaired
the equipment listed below
surplus
and not required
for public use, as provided for in
Ordinance Number 871 of
the
Tustin City Code.
The equipment -listed, was sold at
public auction of August 5,
1990.
Gross proceeds from the sale of the equipment was $21,010.00, less commission and
transportation costs, for a net of $19,039.30.
The following is a list of those items sold and the gross sale price:
