HUSTON, CITY MANAGER FROM: PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/ENGINEERING DIVISION SUBJECT: AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR ANNUAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE - EL CAMINO REAL RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council, at their regular meeting of October 15, 1990, award the contract for the Annual Landscape Maintenance El Camino Real Program to Landscape West, Inc.. for the annual amount of $14,220.00. BACKGROUND: At Council direction bids were advertised and opened as scheduled. Low bid was submitted by Landscape West, Inc. Bids were submitted as follows: Landscape West, Inc.
