The low bid by Bopark Enterprises, Inc., is 10.7% under the Engineer's estimate
of $122,400.00.
The relocation and construction of the screenwall, which was part of the street
improvements along Tustin Ranch Road between Walnut Avenue and the Santa Ana
(I-5) freeway, required certain landscape and irrigation improvements to be
installed and modified on the Laurelwood side of the wall. The landscaping and
irrigation on the Laurelwood property requires replacement due to damage that was
sustained during the grading of the berm and the construction of the wall.
Funding for this landscape/irrigation installation and replacement has been
budgeted in the Capital Improvement Program Budget for 1990-91.
