REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY nEDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 3, 1990 REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of December
3, 1990.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $2,704.64.
5. REQUEST FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION (UTILITY POLE, MAIN/
NEWPORT)
At their December 3, 1990 meeting, the Council directed staff to
proceed with the undergrounding and removal of a utility pole at Main
Street/Newport Avenue and agendize approval for Redevelopment Agency
funding.
Recommendation: Authorize a supplemental 1990-91 budget appropriation
in the amount of $21,600.00 for the undergrounding of overhead
utilities and the removal of one utility pole at the southeasterly
corner of Main Street and Newport Avenue as recommended by the Public
Works Department/Engineering Division.
6. PACIFIC CENTER EAST ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
An Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for the Pacific
Center East project in accordance with the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) and State guidelines for implementation of CEQA.
Recommendation: Adopt the following Resolution No. RDA 90-12
certifying the Final Environmental Impact (EIR) report for the Pacific
Center East project as adequate and complete as recommended by the
Community Development Department:

ADEQUATE WITH THE INCORPORATION OF ALL RESPONSES TO COMMENTS AND
CERTIFYING THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT 90-01
7. OTHER BUSINESS
8. ADJOURNMENT - The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is
scheduled for Monday, January 7, 1991, at 7:00 p.m.
