DISCUSSION
JWA - Mr. Van Houten has commenced work on his final report on the County's
~-6~itoring program. Staff anticipates a draft of his report in approximately five to
six weeks.
The Phase 2 Access Plan is scheduled for release to the public on August 30th. It is
scheduled to go to the Airport Commission on October 4, 1989. Staff will keep the
Council informed as to the status and content of the Access Plan.
ASC - There is no new infoPmation at this time. No date has been set for the next
meeting.
CRAS - There is no new information to report at this time. The next Board meeting
~ be held on August 28th.
HOTF - There is no new information to report at this time. The Task Forces'
rec6mmendations will go to the Irvine City Council in October. The delay is due to
corrections to the noise study technical data and cost estimating related to some
beacon lights proposed on the Reef Route. None of this affects the recommendation
regarding the Irvine Route (to leave as is).
