Section 99(d) of the Revenue and Taxation Code requires the City and County to provide the exchange of property tax revenue prior to consideration of the proposed annexation application by the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO). To meet this requirement, staff has prepared a resolution to declare the existing master tax transfer agreement of November, 1980 as appropriate for this annexation. CONCLUSION Prior to filing the Application for Annexation with LAFC0, a resolution which proposes agreement on the property tax transfer must be approved by the City and County. These resolutions then become part of the formal application file with LAFC0. Laura C~ Kul~n'~ Senior Planner ~ChriStlne A.
