BACKGROUND: I On July 17, 1989, the Tustin City Council declared the equipment listed below, surplus and not required for public use as provided for in Ordinance Number 871 of the Tustin City Code. The equipment listed, with the exception of Unit 7002 was sold at auction on August 20, 1989 and September 3, 1989. Unit 7002 was reassigned to the meter reading Section, Finance Department. Gross proceeds from the sale of equipment were $29,700.00, less commission and transportation costs, for a net of $27,881.00.
