Moment of silent prayer. Present: Doney, Sheridan, Humeston, Mack, Klingelhofer Absent: None City Attorney Rourke, City Engineer Carlsen, & Planning Advisor Remland - presenu. Movedby Sheridan, seconded by Klingelhofer that minutes of November 18th meeting be approved as mailed. Carried. Hearing opened at 7:34 on. Amendments ~o Ordinance~ 157 Hearing 'as amended. amend to 157 Those presentwith questions or comments: Mr. J. Coco, Mr. J. McQuaid, and Mr. R. Windolph. There being no objections or i~rther comments the hearing was declared closed at ?:45 P.M. Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan that Ordinance No. 248, amending Ordinance 157, as amended, have first Ord. 248 reading by title only. Carried unanimously. Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan that Ordinance No. 248 have second reading by title only. Carried unanimously. Moved by Mack,seconded by Sheridan that Ordinance No. 248 be passed and adopted as an urgency measure. Carried by roll call- Ayes: Boney, Sheridan, IHumeston, Mack, Klingelhofer: Noes: none; Absent: none. Report on first months permits and fees filed with the Council by the Building Bepartment. Moved by Klingelhofer, seconded by Humeston that the Agreement Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute agreement Winston, with Winston, Greene and Anderson for construction Greene & work on Pacific St. between Main St. and Third St. a~ a Anderson cost not to exceed $1800,00 less $400.00 reimbursement . Pacific St. Carried. Mayor called a lO minute recess. Meeting reconvened a~ 8:09 P.M. Mr. Remland presented amended Covenants, Conditions & C.C. &Rs Restrictions for Enderle Garden~s, tracts 4974 and Enderle 4237 and recommended approval. Gardens Moved by Sheridan, seconded by Mack that the Mayor and C.C. &Rs City Clerk be authorized to execute said C C & Re. for 4974, tracts 4974 & ~237~ Carried. 4237 Moved by~ Sheridan,~ seconded by Klingelhofer that the Fire Chief be granted permission to~ exercise new fire vehicle outsidethe City limits subjec~ ~o notifying Fire Commis- sioner er hissappointee. Carried. Moved by Mack, seconded by KlingelhofSr that Police Fees - Orange Chief be granted permission to pay required fees for use Co. Peace of the Orange County Peace Officers Training Facilities officers and purchase amm~ition therefrom for officers of Tustin Police Department. Carried. Holthe Moved by Klingelhofer, seconded by Mack that the Clerk recommendation be authorized t9 Write a ~etter of recommendation for Holthe Disposal Service. Carried. Pay raises The following pay raises were ~ecommended by the study committee: M. Stafford to $ 349~00 effective 12/1/63 O. Phillips to 425.00 " ~/1/63 G. Hell to 405.00 :" 7/1/63 M. Hilton to 630.00 " 7/1/63 E. Hemland to 763.00 " .0/1/63 and that E. Reinland be reimburs&d at the rate of $~50 per hour for all meetings over and above' regularly scheduled planning and council meetings. Carried. Corr. re. Carried. Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan that Ordimance Ord. 246 246, rezoning property of A. R. Builders on Application Z. C. 63.131, ~ave second reading by title only. Carried unanimously. Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan, that Ordinance 246 be passed an~d adopted. Carried by roll call - Ayes: Doney, Sheridan, Humeston, Mack, Klingelhofer, Noes: None; Absent: none. Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan that Ordinance 245 approving the Annexation of certain uninhabited territory designated as ':Warne,r-Sycamor Annexa~i0n" to the City of Tustin, have second reading by titl~ionly. C~rried unanimously. Moved by M~ck, second~ed by Sheridan that Ordinance No. Ord. 245 245 be passed and adopted. Carried by roll call - Ayes: Doney, Sheridan, Humeston, Mack,~ Klingelhofer. Noes: None; Absent: None. Mr. F. Colgan, Mr. C. McQ~aid and Mr. J. ~Coco spoke Referendum regarding referendums and issues involved, issues Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan, that Mayor and City Cont. State Clerk be authorized to execute contract with the Personnel Nd. State of California personnel Board. Carried. 233, Moved by ~he~dan, seconded by Klingelhofer that Res. 684 Resolution No. 684, requesting cancellation of ~axes, he read by title only. Carried unanimously. CANCELLATION OF TAXES Moved by Sheridan, seconded by Klingelhofer that Resolution No. 684 be passed and adopted· Carried by roll call - Ayes: Doney, Sheridan, Humeston, Mack, PASSED AND Klingelhofer.
