Bose, to permit a change of zone from "U" to/ PD on property, westerly of Willjams Street, approximatel~ 754.16' ~0rth of McFadden. Location, area, and recommendations of Planning Commission presented by Mr. Remland. Mr. M. Bose spoke in own behalf. Those spea~ing against P.D. zoning at this time: E. McKown C. Noes: Mack, Doney, Hearing opened at 8:28 P.M. on Appeal of decision of the Planning Commission denying UP 63-151 of First Assembly of God of Tustin to permit use of property and building at 250 Pacific Street as a church. Carried unanimously. Moved by Sheridan, seconded by K'iingelhofer that Resolution No. 678 be passed and adopted. Moved by. Sheridan,-secondedbyMackthat Resolution No.678 be amended to apply to re~ppointment of even those persons ~no are presently serving on the Planning Commission. Carried. Moved by Mack, seconded by K!ingeThofer that hearing on appointments to the commission be continued to next regular meeting November 4, 1963- Carried unanimously. Moved by Mack, seconded by Klingelhofer that a resolution be drawn rescinding Resolutions 48~ and 624 and redesignating individuals authorized to sigh for and accept surplus Federal property. Carried. C.D. MEETING Moved by Humeston, seconded by Mack that Civilian Defense AT Director and Mayor be authorized to attend C.D. meeting at SACRAMENTO Sacramento. Carried.' C.D.MEETING Moved by Sheridan, seconded by Mack that C.D. Director be AT authorized to attend Regional Radiological Meeting in LAS VEGAS Las Vegas, November 5th through 8th - expenses not to exceed $150.00 Carried. Moved bY Mack, seconded by Humeston that Building & Safety Department be authbrized expenditure of-$700.00 for capital Improvements and $600.00 for printing. Carried. STREET Moved b~ Humeston, seconded by Mack that Street Department PAINTING be authorized to purchase stencils for street painting at a cost not to exceed $~000.00. Carried. RENT Moved by Humsston, seconded by Sheridan that Street Depart- GRINDING merit be authorized to rent grinding machine for work on MACHINE First and "D" Streets. Carried: P.A. SYSTEM Moved by Klingelhofer, seconded by Mack that Halin Electronics be employed to install ?.A. system after City Attorney checks proposed'contract. Cost of installation not toexceed $1,525.00. Carried. BOSTON BULL Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan that Boston Bull, DANCE 420 E.' First Street, Tustin, be granted dance permit. PERMIT Carried. TRANSFER Moved by Mack, seconded by Sheridan that Resolution No. 676 FUNDS transferring $11,620.13 from undistributed reserve to StreSt Department be read by title only. Carried unanimously.
