RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council at their meeting of November 20, 1989 award
the contract for Auto Center Drive Street Improvement/Storm Drain
Extension to Sully-Miller Contracting Co. of Orange in the amount of
$353,700.60. ,
BACKGROUND:
On October 2, 1989, the city Council authorized the advertisement of
~ids for the construction of street improvements and the installation of
storm drain improvements within Auto Center Drive between its present
terminus and E1 Modena-Irvine Channel.
