Project construction costs will be borne by the three parties at previously agreed cost sharing percentages (City of Irvine - 46%; The Irvine Company - 36%; City of Tustin - 18%). The estimated construction cost for the relocation of the sewer pump station and force main/gravity sewer construction at MCAS is $425,000 with applicable participation as follows: City of Irvine - $195,500; The Irvine Company - $153,000; and City of Tustin - $76,500.
