comments, the hearing was declared closed
at 7:32 P. M.
Moved by Mack, seconded by Klingelhofer,
that Ordinance No. 233, approving the
ORD. 233 annexa;ion of certain uninhabited territory
FIRST READ_ designated "Willjams Street Annexation No.
ING BY TITLE 2~ to the City of Tustin, have first
reading by title only. Carried unanimously.
Moved by Mack, seconded by Humeston that
bills in t-he ~mount of $9,041.50 be paid.
