C/U_L TO ORDER' The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ho~sterey at 9:06 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. ROLL CALL Agency Members Present: Ronald.B. Nault, Finance Director Ronald Wolford, Engineering Services Manager Pablo Rodriguez, Field Services Manager Valerie Whiteman, Deputy City Clerk Lloyd Dick, Building Official Susan Jones, Recreation Supervisor Approximately 10 in the audience APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 6, 1988, REGULA~R MEETING It was moved by iKenn, ed~,, seconded b~v Ed. gar, to approve the Minutes of the June 6, 1988, meeting. The motion carried 5-0. APPROVAL OF DEMAJ~DS IN THE AJw~)UNT OF $26,7~,5.83 It was moved bi/ Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve subject demands in the amount of $26,745.83. The motion carried 5-0. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AJtD GI~ANT OF PARKING RIGHTS It was moved bi/ Kennedj/, seconded bi/ Ed~)ar, to authorize the Executive Director to approve Agreements and Grants of Parking Rights. The motion carried 5-0. CLOSED SESSION Chairman Hoesterey announced the Redevelopment Agency will recess to Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to give i nstructi ons to the City' s negotiator regarding emi nent domain proceedings. ADJOURN~NT At 9:07 p.m., it was moved b~v Kennedy., seconded b,v Edgar, to adjourn to the above Closed Session and then to 'the next Regular Adjourned Meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 1988, at 7:00 p.m. The motion carried 5-0.
